There's something wonderfully inviting about an orange grove, where branches laden with golden fruit stretch towards the sunshine and glossy green leaves rustle in the warm breeze. The Chartres Orange Grove Mosaic Tray captures a little of that Mediterranean charm, bringing warmth, colour and a gentle sense of the outdoors into the home.

At its heart, a beautiful cluster of ripe oranges hangs from a slender branch, surrounded by graceful leaves in soft shades of sage, olive and fresh green. The fruit glows in rich tones of golden yellow, amber and warm orange, with delicate botanical detailing that gives the illustration a lovely, traditional character.

The design rests against an intricate mosaic-style background, where tiny rectangular tiles in shades of warm honey, golden beige and soft cream create a wonderfully textured appearance. A delicate border of small ivory circles frames the tray, adding an elegant finishing touch reminiscent of traditional decorative mosaics found in old Mediterranean houses and sunlit courtyards.

Imagine it resting on a kitchen dresser alongside rustic pottery and freshly picked herbs, or bringing a cheerful splash of colour to a dining table or favourite sideboard. Its warm, earthy palette sits beautifully alongside natural wood, woven baskets and simple linens, creating a relaxed country feel that works just as well in a contemporary home.

A charming celebration of nature's abundance, the Chartres Orange Grove Tray combines the timeless beauty of botanical illustration with the character of traditional mosaic design. A little reminder of sunshine, fragrant citrus groves and those wonderfully unhurried days of summer.
