Soft Pilates Weights are designed to grip in the hand when performing Pilates exercises, in order to increase resistance to tone muscles. Utilising them also requires additional effort to maintain balance, which in turn strengthens the core muscles. They also increase functional grip strength and encourage a more fluid range of motion compared to other weights.

Made from soft, grippy PVC and filled with iron sand, they are flexible enough to hold and much safer than other weights if dropped.
